Subject: Evaluation & Humorous Speech Contests

As announced in the meeting 20 October 2019 we will be having Evaluation and Humorous Speech Contest.

List of Roles available for the Evaluation Contest Is as follows:

1. Contest Chair - Leadership Role – Leads the contest, responsible for managing the contest
2. Contest Master – TMoD for the Contest
3. 2 SAAs – Leadership Role - Responsible for Coordinating with all the contestants before the contest and managing all the logistics along with Contest Chair
4. Timer – Keeping the time check of the contestants

List of Roles available for the Humorous Speech Contest Is as follows:

1. Contest Chair - Leadership Role – Leads the contest, responsible for managing the contest
2. Contest Master – TMoD for the Contest
3. Timer – Keeping the time check of the contestants.
