I know, the hangover of the 300th meeting is still not over. Everybody had put in a lot of energy to make OUR 300th happen. Only if words were enough to express the gratitude, I have for everyone. 🦋
The venue had a capacity of 96 people. Few of us were working at the backstage, few of us were busy in welcoming the guests and still, the house was full. 🌟
This couldn’t be possible without the unified efforts we all had put in, without everyone who came in and marked their presence. 🤩
Each and every minute rather second of the day - 08 September 2019 was new to me. If I recollect the moments now, it’s like-
Ah, we did that and that too, had never done it before! 🥺
Starting from role players, everyone performed remarkably well to the best of their abilities and capabilities, all the roles were well-rehearsed & therefore, the result looked upright. 🌟
TMoDs - All the creativity and energy you people carried on stage is much appreciable. Even though there were some network issues/ technical glitches but we were just not willing to stop! Kudos, TM Mayur, TM Suraaj, TM Sanjeev & TM Jitendra! I was amazed to see the gusto you people had/ kept. 🌟🌟
Prepared Speakers - TM Manisha and TM Sahibpreet speeches were incredible. Further, due to uncertain exigency, TM Rajinder Popli couldn’t attend the meeting and TM Sahibpreet agreed to be his backup on a short communication, Honor! 🌟🌟
Auxiliary Role Players- TM Shubhangi, you practiced a lot for the role – Ah-Counter, the improvement could be seen during the rehearsals and you totally rocked the stage with the confidence you kept. 🌟
TM Ankita understood the major responsibility she had and kept the time count intact, remained alert during those four hours, and performed indeed well on stage, 🌟!
TM Vaishali, you matched the word of the day with the essence the day, Sunday, 08 September, OUR 300th MEET had. Considering the meeting to be a magnum opus, our greatest work. 🌟
Evaluators- TM Bhavya and TM Gaganpal, you people are the backbone of our club. On behalf of the Club, thank you for the all-time support! 🌟

TM Shubhra- Keynote Speaker! We adore your style of delivering the speeches. I/ we were all ears while you were speaking on stage. Thank you! 🌺
TM Deeptendu-Listening to you is always a treat to our ears. The story narrated with the songs was cherry on the top. Thank you! 🌺
TM JP Singh- “Let’s Embrace green, empower green”. Thank you for teaching the lesson through a story and gracing the occasion with your presence. 🌺
TM Anirudh- Mentor of the clubs TMWD & NSTC. Hope you were proud by seeing both the clubs growing and working together. Your presence was important to us! 🌺

TM Piyush & TM Mohit, thank you for arranging the Delhi’s Best Chole Bhatura’s for all of us. TM Piyush, thankfulness for bringing in all the logistics- certificates, trophies, timer cards, etc. Also, thank you for taking care of the guests arriving that day. 🤝🏻
TM Anmol, Cake was very delicious, thank you for coordinating with different vendors and finding the best one. 🤝🏻
TM Harshit, the play was very well organized, only if words are enough to explain the gratitude I have towards “y(our)” play, most of the members were able to get the stage time and the chance to perform, considering the time as a resource- we were short of! 🤝🏻
To all the members participated in the play- TM Harshit, TM Anmol, TM Jitu, TM Mayur, TM Mohit, TM Renu, TM Piyush, TM Vibhor & TM Sanjana for reaching at 9 o’clock every week at Mahan to practice. Such an amazing play is the result of teamwork we all had put in. 🧚🏻♀🧚🏻♀
TM Karishma, to make this event happen, reaching/ spreading the word to the public/ members/ guest was the vital task and you excelled at it. On behalf of Karishma, thank you TM Vibhor, TM Anmol and TM Suraaj for all the fun memes, timely posts and keeping the Janta updated about- what’s happening around! Special Thanks to TM Rahul Bhandari, TM Sahibpreet (for joining in and posting the hilarious memes) and TM Jitu for taking out the camera, whenever possible and capturing the moments. Never the less, I am thankful to each and every member/ guest who took their camera out and captured anything/ every moment possible. Much love ♥🤝🏻.

TM Sanjana & TM Suraaj, dancing is easy but making people learn how to dance-isn’t. Kudos to the fun, hot and humid rehearsing sessions and efforts that you both had put in to teach us the steps. 🤝🏻
TM Suraaj, TM Sahibpreet & TM Anmol, thank you for dealing with all the guests, attending their phone calls during odd times and staying patient. 🤝🏻
Most important of all, on behalf of the EC, I humbly apologize to the members who had roles to perform in the cultural program but due to paucity of time- couldn’t. TM Amya, TM Sanjana, TM Ishani & TM Karishma. Compensating you is the EC’s responsibility now. 🙋🏻♀
